SWANSEA

The Swansea Open House programme is now online, containing additional events in the city. Flyer
"Swansea Open House is a free event that provides a once a year chance to see inside buildings not normally open to the public in Swansea.
"The 2011 event takes a slightly different format. We are still focused on our usual slot - the second full weekend of September, which this year is Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September. But this year there are activities the week before (3rd Sept) and after (17th Sept), fitting in with the wider Open Doors programme taking place across Wales. Check the programme for details.
"The event is suitable for all ages and includes something for everyone: from the large Civic institutions of the Local Authority, to small voluntary sector projects. Swansea Open House showcases the gems of our built environment, as well as providing a fascinating glimpse of what goes on behind closed doors with a range of guided tours and exhibits. And all for free!"
