Matthew Griffiths is the Trust's longstanding director. Trained as an historian, he has extensive experience in the voluntary sector, local government and academia. Within the Trust he takes special responsibility for publications, external liaison and policy.
Jo Coles has long experience in the voluntary sector. She was deputy director of the Prince of Wales Committee, and has recently retired from the Heritage Lottery Fund committee for Wales. Jo Coles is the principle point of contact for groups within the Trust's network, as well as the Trust's events manager.
Anna Lermon trained as a planner at Oxford Brookes, and has worked professionally in local government and the voluntary sector. She heads up the Trust's Open Doors and Characterisation programmes.
